How We Work
Substance over spectacle
Most automation projects fail in the same place: the demo looks great, then it quietly breaks the first time reality doesn't match the happy path, and a human goes back to doing it by hand.
We work the other way around. We start by mapping where your team's hours actually go, build the system on infrastructure you control, iterate with you in the open, and only consider it done when it survives without us standing over it.
The goal was never to be indispensable. It was to build something that keeps running once we've handed it over.
